About Lory

Long story short... It happened. My journey has always been connected to art, but not in a predictable way. Since I was little, I’ve been drawing and writing, and my passion for visual stories led me to study film and screenwriting at UNATC.

I’ve had the chance to be involved in various cultural projects, including an unconventional film festival in a small village at the foot of the Italian Pre-Alps, outdoors, under the stars and the clear moonlight, and writing and creating an independent theater show, as well as other collaborations that expanded my horizons. Still, life later led me down the corporate path. “The writer that writes emails” is what I liked to call myself, half-joking, half-serious.

At a moment of saturation, I felt the need to return to myself. That’s when I started doing custom illustrations and returned to writing as a freelancer. Later, I took a micropigmentation course, which opened the door to tattoos – a field with such a wide range of possibilities and directions for me to explore and evolve.

We carry stories on our skin that are part of us. Each tattoo has a personal meaning, and for me, it’s a privilege to bring these memories and emotions to life through the art I create.
